Produce of fixed size lamp harp

Before produce,the material is a roll of stainless steel wire with a certain thickness.The machine where the stainless steel wire loops are stored is fixed next to the machine that produces the lamp harp.

For produce fixed size lamp harp,adjust the size and shape to be produced on the machine that produces the lamp harp body, and connect the traveler to the machine. Turn on the machine to turn on the switch, and the steel wire is continuously input into the production machine. The machine will make the steel wire into the required oval or square shape. When the required size is reached, the guillotines on both sides of the exit will fix the shape of the support body again, and then the product is just fine.

The base and matching large circle center base making is not very difficult,just need model machine,after adjusting the size and placing the raw materials, the machine will cut the raw materials according to the size and turn them into a base of the corresponding size.Now we just according to the demand color,use electroplating color or baking paint craft,finish the final production.

Produce of adjustable size lamp harp

Adjustable size lamp harp body is different with fixed size lamp harp body.There are 3 or 4 size adjustment holes on each side, and each has a size lock ring,the hole in which the lock ring appears indicates the current size of the lamp harp.Therefore, the model of the adjustable size lamp harp is more complicated than the model of the fixed size lamp harp, but the shape is very single, only square.

The production process is similar to that of the fixed-size lamp harp, and the machine will make it according to the set size and model.

The matching ring and plastic ring are made in the same way. On the set mold, the machine will cut the raw materials, and then the required products will appear.

According to demand color,use different surface treatment process,finish the final product production and get demand color product.
